These classes teach the skills of balance, coordination, body awareness, movement education while building strength, flexibility & self-esteem. Your child will be taught beginner gymnastic skills and have fun on the super slide, rope swing, low bars, beams, Trampolines, and much more! Students are taught basic gymnastics skills, which they will carry to Advanced Recreational Gymnastics

Gymnasts will be taught on the balance beam, bars, vault, floor and trampoline, and parallel bars. The gymnasts are motivated to challenge themselves, and learn to experience and appreciate success of every accomplishment.
